Regarding the management and use of the Company’s website<\/span><\/h3>\r\n

(Issued together with Decision No. 12\/QD-CTY dated January 22, 2026 of Binh Tay Import-Export Production and Service Joint Stock Company)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Explanation of terms:<\/strong><\/span>
\u2022 “Bitahaco” is Binh Tay Import-Export Production and Service Joint Stock Company, the company’s management and all employees.<\/span>
\u2022 “Website” refers to the electronic information page of Binh Tay Import-Export Production and Service Joint Stock Company (Bitahaco), including linked pages related to Bitahaco’s services.<\/span>
\u2022 “Customers” are individuals, organizations, or anyone who accesses and uses the website www.bitahaco.com.vn in any form.<\/span>
Article 1: General Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/span>
– The Terms and Conditions are the terms and conditions that visitors to the website www.bitahaco.com.vn must comply with.<\/span>

e. Disrupting, damaging equipment systems, and unlawfully obstructing the management, provision, and use of electronic services and information on the website, causing harm to the Company. Creating unauthorized links to Bitahaco’s web system to install and distribute malware and computer viruses; illegally accessing and taking control of information systems, creating attack tools on the Internet, or leading to websites that violate the law.<\/span>
B. Authority and Responsibilities of the Web Administrator<\/strong><\/span>
1.\u00a0 Web Services are information, images, and materials recorded on the website that are the property of Bitahaco. You agree that Bitahaco has the right, without prior notice, to modify these Services to comply with website regulations.\u00a0<\/span>
2.\u00a0 Website administrators have the right to temporarily block or cancel a user’s access to and use of the website if they suspect harmful actions against the website or violations of the terms of use.\u00a0<\/span>
